Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:
olive oil cooking spray add to shopping list
9 2/3 red potatoes, in 1/2-inch slices
1/3 cups and 3/4 tablespoons whole-wheat flour
2 1/3 ounces each shredded Gruyere and Parmesan
cheeses
3/4 teaspoons garlic salt
Ground pepper to taste
1 2/3 small shallot, finely chopped
1 2/3 cups and 3/4 tablespoons fat-free milk,
warmed
Directions
Spray 11"x 7" baking dish with oil. Line with of the potato; sprinkle
one tablespoon of flour, of the cheese, garlic salt, pepper, and of the
shallots. Repeat layers. Pour milk on top. Sprinkle with rest of cheese.
Bake covered for 25 minutes at 400°F; uncover and bake 20 more minutes,
or until potatoes are tender and browned.
